Eclipse Mobile

Eclipse is a unique, amazing new mobile application which is designed to integrate your Debrid Vault account. Eclipse will sync, manage and stream your music media natively from your phone through your TorBox account. This app will streamline and enhance your experience with managing and streaming your music stored in TorBox.

Why TorBox?​

Eclipse is built exclusively for TorBox. TorBox is awesome, it supports a wider range of advanced features that make development smoother and the user experience faster, which other debrid cloud providers currently do not offer.

Even with a TorBox Essential plan, you gain access to:

Below are a few features that Doctor has been cooking:

  • Offline Downloads: This allows you to listen to your music uninterrupted without the need to worry about an internet connection.
  • Instant Playback: With TorBox, your music will stream incredibly fast, depending on your internet speed.
  • Ecosystem Sync: Fully synced to TorBox via the Debrid Vault API—your integration settings, listening history, and library stay consistent across devices.
  • Advanced Metadata: Full Last.fm integration, lyric syncing/fetching, and custom playlist creation.
  • Audio Engine: Includes a full EQ (Equalizer) and loudness normalization.
  • Auto Metadata: Embedded metadata is automatically applied to your tracks.

Customisability: Eclipse fully utilises the customisation Apple allows, such as changing the UI accent colours and choosing which app icon to display on your iPhone.

CarPlay Support: Eclipse works natively with CarPlay in your vehicle. Your vehicle requires CarPlay hardware support to use this feature.

Community Addons: Doctor is collaborating with creators to bring community-based addons for an even better overall experience.

Release Timeline & Testing​

The app is currently in the final stages of the Apple approval process!

  • Current Status: Submitted to TestFlight
  • Wave 1: As soon as the app is live on TesFlight, Supporters and Donors will receive the first wave of invites.
  • Wave 2: General testing batches will open to the public approximately 2 weeks after the initial launch.
